BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | MONDAY, MARCH 29, 2010 Lunar Cycles and Wine Showings This is a local strain of Trebbiano that spends lots of time in contact with the skins and then lots of time on the lees. I'm starting to believe in the influence of lunar cycles on wine. I'm not saying that wine is better if it's made biodynamically, I'm not trying to tell you what you should do, there is no dogma here. What can I say here? MORE >>
