VIGNA UVA VINO | FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2008 Antinori Peppoli Chianti Classico 2003 DOCG 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot and Syrah make up this single vineyard Chianti Classico from Tuscany, Italy. On the palate are sour cherries and a slight oak on the tip of the tongue, and a dry bitter medicinal finish that thankfully doesn't last all that long.
