Ruby red colors, medium intensity, clear appearance, with clean aromas of mature red fruit along with floral perfumes. The palate shows a dryness with medium acidity and tannins, spice with a vegetal hint, and good length on the finish. Reminds me of a raspberry pie. -

After fermentation, macerated in stainless steel barrels for 3-8 days, then aged in big oak barrels, which mutes the wood effects, for 26 months and another six months in bottle. Good soft finish. -
