Today is the first day of Harvest at Brane-Cantenac. one of my favorite wineries in Bordeaux and I must say, I wish I was there! The managing directors of both properties convened on New York for a tasting at the Wine Media Guild on April 27. First up was a walk around tasting of both the wines from 2000-2006. WINE TASTING GUY | SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2008 What a Day! 2 Wine Tastings!! This was a wine tasting kiddush, and the winemaker friend and his amazingly hospitable wife prepared all kinds of salads (made from home grown tomatoes, lettuce, eggplant and herbs), quiches, cheeses, cakes, etc to go along with the truly FABULOUS wines we were about to taste.
