so I am here in New York, on the jury panel to taste wines of the Cotes du Roussillon with regard to the Saint-Bacchus awards 2010, a competition originating in Roussillon that has been going on twenty-five years. The Rivesaltes region is known for its Muscat as early as the 14th century. marianne.

Weekend Wines and Eats II

On Saturday night we had a few friends over for dinner and I decided to try out a few new drinks from our bar. This is a wine I tasted and described a little while ago at Vintage NY, a store where you can taste New York wines. Some darn good eatin' and drinkin' this weekend, yeah. For $14, what more can you ask?
