It was an experience visiting Borie de Maurel in Minervois La Liviniere with Matt Stubbs and others. La Liviniere is the first of the appellation village of the Minervois. Did you ever have this fabulous picnic lunch beside an ancient windmill?

JUNE 23, 2008 [Minervois] Tallahassee Wedding Wine Choices
2006 ChÃ¢teau d'Oupia Minervois , $10, (Louis/Dressner Selections). Yeah, I know that it's also a Grenache blend, but this wine is very different from the Minervois. The Minervois is darker and juicier and earthier. I just got back from a weekend in Tallahassee, Florida. For those of you who weren't paying attention in 5th grade social studies class, Tallahassee is the capital of Florida.
