BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2007 Hand vs Machine Harvesting They arrive at the winery in a healthier state so they can easily be sorted and the process of making wine can begin. This probably explains why most wine is made from grapes that are harvested by machines. If that were to happen we could taste the wines and compare their quality. don't know. Thoughts? MORE >>
