Petit Sirah Kosher - New York Wine

WINE TASTING GUY OCTOBER 19, 2008 Carmel's quality wine revolution recently checked out some of their unique single varietal appellation wines (Carignan & Petite Sirah) and was so (surprisingly) impressed by their quality that I included them in a blog post with some recommendations. My favorites of the day were still the appellation Carignan and Petite Sirah. And taste I did. WINE TASTING GUY MAY 4, 2008 Day in Napa Following the Cab I had a Petit Sirah and finished with an old vine Zin PORT that I REALLY enjoyed. The Zin was blended with about 7-8% Petit Sirah & a touch (about 1%) of Cab. Jeff is the winemaker for Solorosa and as well as Covenant wines, a premium kosher Napa wine. Havens had some really nice wine.
