The 2005 Altus Napa Cab was blended with 5% Malbec, Petit Verdot & Merlot (3 of the Bordeaux varietals) and was aged in 80% new medium toasted oak (a high percentage). The fact that there were so many industry people should not intimidate anyone as we all CLAIM to know a thing or two about wine, but in reality we are just a bunch of open-mined AND opinionated (is that possible?) | |
