VINO OCTOBER 6, 2009 Natural wines, premox, chenin blanc, 07 Port and Rhone – John Gilman In the cold cellars where the wines were made, the vigneron’s examples of non-sulfur bottles are likely to be just fine, but can this experience be reproduced consistently around the globe, given the very real vagaries of travel that wines still have to survive these days? asked him six questions; he replied with over 10,000 words! think not. | ALICE FEIRING NOVEMBER 28, 2007 Alice Feiring - In Vino Veritas Hes traveled down this road and hes sticking to it no matter what.
