And in Washington.well I haven't tasted many of them but the ones I have tasted are almost cab franc like. always figured that the states would have to wait. And pinotage only scratches the surface of the history of viticulture in South Africa. In France Cabernet tends to be a bit more refined with phenolic harmony even in the more rustic examples.
