WINE TASTING GUY | TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 2008 Skurnik Tasting - my favorites (finally) Given that I tasted well in excess of 100 wines that day my notes are obviously not too thorough, but I did note which wines were of most interest to me. Peay is not a winery I was familiar with before the tasting, but it will be one I'll be keeping an eye out for, especially as I get deeper into wine bar planning. Great stuff. MORE >> -
BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | MONDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2007 First Braise of the Season So we cut up a large slab of Slope Farms (no website, but the grass-fed, antibiotic free, pasture grazed, open minded and definitely not racist, sexist, ageist, or any of the "ists") beef chuck into neat 6 ounce portions, and went to work.
