VIGNA UVA VINO JUNE 30, 2009 Zenato Valpolicella 2007 A blend of 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella and 10% Sangiovese from the Valpolicella Classico area. Carciofi with arucola, shavings of pecorino cheese and olives made for a super salad course, followed by Fresh pasta with sausage and mushrooms. Aged for six months in stainless steel tanks and six to eight additional months in oak barrels.
