Nothing quite like an excellent Bordeaux like Baron de Brane, the younger brother to the Second Grand Cru Class Chateau Brane-Cantenac to pair with the Winter Tasting menu at Jean Georges. Of course the jury is still out on whether or not adding huge doses of copper sulphate to the wines pre-bottling is safe for those consuming the wines, but I for one am not about to be the guinea pig on that score.
