A Perfect Spring Lunch
But don't worry - a baguette is the perfect tool for swabbing any Sherry vinaigrette-infused egg yolk that you might miss. It's mostly Cinsault and Grenache, with little bits of things like Syrah and Rolle (aka Vermentino). It's finally spring in New York. Anyway, now, it's spring. And a box of Tello's Farms eggs. I asked.

Visiting Philippe Burel at Abbaye Saint Hilaire
The red (a blend of syrah, cinsault, grenache, cabernet sauvignon, and others) has a rich toast nose with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate, and on the palate full bodied with a finish of black licorice.
