For red wine Pinot Noir, Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and the obscure Pineau d'Aunis are allowed. Can you use 99% Pinot Noir and a touch of Gamay? It costs $13.50 Who knows.
