BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | FRIDAY, JANUARY 4, 2008 Brooklyn Wine Bars: Black Mountain Wine House BrooklynLady went with the NV Chateau Bethanie Cremant du Jura , $9, a slightly gamy and very earthy blanc de blancs, with nice citrus and lots of chalkiness. had the NV Bereche Brut , $14, grower Champagne made of about 60% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay, and a special pour that evening. My past includes exactly one Jura red ( 2002 Pierre Overnoy Arbois Pupillin - my notes say that I didn't like it) and a couple of Crémants - love 'em. BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | MONDAY, MAY 26, 2008 What I Drank Last Night rhetorical question, of course. rhetorical question, of course. Montbourgeau Crémant du Jura is not, in fact, 100% Chardonnay, as I cannot be proven to have stated. It is mostly Meunier, there is some Pinot Noir too, and about 10% of the blend is Chardonnay.
