Before this post becomes too much of a bore, one of the interesting products being promoted last night was a beer called Kasteel Cru that adds champagne yeast to their brew.  Wine Enthusiast magazine put on their "Toast of the Town" wine & food event yesterday in NYC at Lincoln Center.  But it wasn't all perfect.  Very well done!
