Cabernet Franc is known for having green bell pepper notes, and these green herbaceous notes simply do not jive with my palate. It had 84% Cab Franc, 14% Merlot & % Cab Sauv and was delicious. BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2008 Dressner Portfolio Tasting Notes went for the Bubbles, the Beaujolais, the Cab Franc, and the Chenin Blanc. The Chambolle- Musigny was silky and more elegant. The Chambolle- Musigny was, as advertised, silky and more elegant.
