Several tastes commented on the change in style at Closel. The only one that seemed promising to me was a 1999 Geantet-Pansiot Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru , but even that did not have the same captivating factor as some of the other reds. Peay is not a winery I was familiar with before the tasting, but it will be one I'll be keeping an eye out for, especially as I get deeper into wine bar planning.
