This is the first version of La Parcelle that was made by Cédric Bouchard - he bought the vineyard from an old family friend and and also bought some of the Champagne stock, selling it under the Inflorescence label. WHY WINE BLOG | SUNDAY, MARCH 7, 2010 Concha y Toro Marques de Casa Concha Carmenere 2007 My last review confirmed that feeling, but in a very serious attempt to expand a lazy palate I purchased a few different labels to compare. They also produce a barrel fermented Chardonnay and a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon named after the winery's founder, Don Melchor. It's been a few years since I tasted Carmenere. MORE >> -

VINO | MONDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2009 [Yellow Tail] contest, Calistoga, Craggy Range, Tour d’Argent – sipped and spit The producer has decided to open the naming of their new, unoaked Chardonnay up to readers. Chateau Montelena and other wineries in Calistoga will soon be able to put Calistoga on the label. Apparently, during the occupation, the owners built a fake wall in the cellar to prevent the Nazis from finding some 20,000 bottles. MORE >> -
