BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | SUNDAY, MAY 10, 2009 Overachievers and Underachievers I'd take a half case for the cellar and re-visit in 5 years. Cuvée Réserve is made from the estate's older vines, 80% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay, and is a blend of at least two vintages. Last week I had the opportunity to drink some pretty fancy wine. WINE TASTING GUY | MONDAY, MAY 5, 2008 NorCal day 2: Sonoma started with a white blend of 50% Semillon & 50% chardonnay that I really enjoyed. different woman informed us that she had time for us and that we could in fact taste the wine. At $20 I asked her if we could share one and we were informed that they do not do that. There were only 2 wines, a Chardonnay and a bordeaux blend. MORE >>
