Christiane Oudin and her husband Jean-Claude took over her father's small 2 hectare estate in Chichée, very close to the town of Chablis, in 1988. EAST VILLAGE WINE GEEK | TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2006 It Was A Good Day To Be A WIne Geek Stag's Leap Cellars was rolling out their new chardonnay at BLT Fish; someone just canceled would I like to attend. They have a line of cabernet and chardonnay that truly reflect what the state has to offer. The wine was the Stag's Leap 2004 Arcadia chardonnay. It was very Chablis-like. I'm just a wine geek.
