Yummy. | BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE OCTOBER 17, 2007 Sauvignon Blanc - a Mini Blind Tasting This one, like all Cheverny, is actually a blend, with about 10% Chardonnay in the mix. Like the Cheverny, Bordeaux blanc wines tend to be blended, in this case with Semillon. The two wines pulling up the rear, so to speak, were both from California. That's a fun thing to do on a summer evening though, so no complaints. | |
