Great definition and clarity for a full bodied wine from the Roussillan, with a lovely perfume of ripe fruit and lots of interesting mineral and soil tones. 2006 Mas des Chimeres Coteaux du Languedoc , $20, Louis/Dressner Selections. Syrah, and Grenache.
