VIGNA UVA VINO JULY 23, 2008 Interview with Vito Polosa of Aroma Kitchen & Winebar juicy piece of lamb that is well roasted but still nice and pinkish in the inside, served simply with no sauces is perfect with an older vintage of Aglianico.
