A few weeks ago in their comments on a Friday Night Bubbles post about Pinon Vouvray Brut , the distinguished triumvirate Marco, Marcus , and Michael recommended Crémant de Limoux. This wine is from St Chinian, an appellation in the western part of the Languedoc. Why would I drink anything else for under $10, in red wine anyway? rhetorical question, of course. This is ridiculously good wine.
