Among the many things I must do is to better acquaint myself with one of Israel's oldest wineries - Carmel.  I was really excited to taste their "better" wines. I went away (within Israel) for the sabbath to a friend of the family.  Since it was Sabbath I did not take tasting notes, but it is a day and wines I will not soon forget.
