The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Peite Verdot and Malbec was again delightful. This California wine used grapes from Paso Robles, Lodi, Lake Country and Monterey County. 1991 Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard. Another excellent California wine. The more I learn about wine, the more I realize that I don't know.
