If you're into Loire whites, this is one to try. The 2005 Domaine de Roally Viré Clessé has an intoxicating nose that screams "pure Chardonnay!" But of course I missed some great stuff. BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4, 2007 Seafood Soup with Fregola We enjoyed this soup tremendously with a hunk of bread and a glass of Muscadet, specifically the 2005 Domaine de la Pepiere Muscadet Clos des Briords Vieille Vignes, $14.
