WINE TASTING GUY MAY 4, 2008 Day in Napa then moved onto the 2005 Hayne Vineyard Zin & '05 reserve Zin. tried the Volker Eisele 2005 Cab which was nice and somewhat subdued and finally the Showkett Vineyards 2005 Cab. Jeff is the winemaker for Solorosa and as well as Covenant wines, a premium kosher Napa wine. Havens had some really nice wine. Nice wines. They had 3 wines at the tasting yesterday and one that stood out as unusual was their 2005 Gilad Reserve.
