The Levendi is also a safe gift wine. It sits on the shelf for seventy-five bucks but what is inside are plenty of reasons that make it worth every penny. EAST VILLAGE WINE GEEK | FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2008 2004 LES TOURELLES DE LONGUEVILLE PAUILLAC The cool thing about this wine besides its wonderful, soft balance is that it is a great gift wine. It allows layers and subtlety to rule the day and as a gift wine it works because if the receiver has not had a Bordeaux before this one it is soft and welcoming creating a stepping stone to the world of the Gironde.
