A WINE STORY | WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23, 2011 A Wine Story - Untitled Article As a special treat, we also tried six topaz colored sweet wines called VinSanto with vintages that inclueded 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, and 1989. Sure, your average Chardonnay goes south within a few days of opening, but Vinsanto can last for weeks after being opened, as long as it is refrigerated. Wines from Santorini. What is Vinsanto?
