You can read about Mark Vlossak the winemaker on the site, but I will add that he was the winemaker at Panther Creek through the 1999 vintage, another Willamette Valley winery with a solid reputation. Kind of a legend in the Willamette Valley. The 2003 St Innocent Anden Vineyard Pinot Noir , $28, is a masculine wine. MORE >>

Araujo Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley "Eisele Vineyard" 2005 * Smoky garnet color. Bond "Pluribus" Napa Valley 2004 ** did not display the depth and concentration I hoped for from a 2004 Bond. Buccella Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2005 Gorgeous fresh flowers on the nose and big thick body of nicely ripe fruit. Very fine. MORE >>
