Hermann Cellar 2000 - New York Wine

BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE SEPTEMBER 19, 2007 Champagne Notes from the Martin Scott Portfolio want this wine in my cellar! 2002 Hermann J Wiemer Blanc de Blancs (8) I love this NY State winery's Rieslings, and it was fun to taste the sparkling wines. 2003 Hermann J Wiemer Blanc de Noirs (7+) Made almost entirely of Pinot Noir, this was strawberry scented and pleasant. cannot enjoy myself that way. MORE >>	BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 Some New York Wines The 2000 Estate Selection Merlot is an excellent Bordeaux-styled wine, with plummy and earthy aromas, a light texture, and lots of dark fruit on the palate. 2005 Hermann J. don't know if this is a good value because I don't have a riesling context yet, but I sure loved the wine, and I grabbed 2 bottles of it for the cellar.
