The 1999 Vintage Champagne , at 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay is really deep and fleshy, with roasted nuts, brioche, and other yummy things on the palate, and you might find it for about $55. So is the 2000 Cuvee Fiacre , with an unbelievable nose of flowers, although that will cost you about $65 per bottle. What an opportunity! MORE >>

2002 Hermann J Wiemer Blanc de Blancs (8) I love this NY State winery's Rieslings, and it was fun to taste the sparkling wines. 2004 Schramsberg Vineyards Brut Rose (7+) 66% Chardonnay here. 2000 Schramsberg Vineyards Reserve (8) 70% Pinot Noir here. cannot enjoy myself that way.
