BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2008 Friuli Whites - WBW # 41 I'm talking about a few bottles of 1999 Clivi Tocai Friulano, and probably a few bottles of banal Pinot Grigio along the way. The flavor profile of these wines is so new to me, and to be honest, I'm not sure if it is a flavor profile that I like as much as that of Loire or Burgundy whites. The 1999 cost about $25. MORE >>
