Tasting the legendary wines from Domaine Francois Raveneau in Chablis is a rare event since the wines are almost impossible to find. tried a 1998 Domaine Robert Groffier Bourgogne a few weeks ago and I really liked it, then the 2002 Bourgogne too. will learn more this way too - I always learn a lot from tasting village wines next to 1er Crus and/or Bourgogne wines, for example. cannot imagine cellaring it, as it tastes so good now, and doesn't seem to be holding anything in reserve. And it tastes really good right now.
