Peter and I drank the 2005 Saignée de Sorbée merely days before this Seattle dinner, and it was also a great, but an entirely different wine. These things come in waves, I guess. MORE >> -

He guessed a 2005 Burgundy, young and tightly closed. It turned out to be a 1997 Castello Banfi Brunello di Montalcino. Here are five red wines. They could be anything from anywhere in the world.
