That was a very exciting event, with dinner in the wine cellar and much drama as they brought out the old vintages. Next, vintages 1996 to 1985 were tasted with the main dish, Gently roasted blue lobster in shellfish butter, with a lobster and red fruit consommé lightly flavored with green pepper by Anne-Sophie Pic. Everyone reaches into the cellar for the good bottles to help celebrate the passing of another year. very generous host at a holiday party opened this and also the 1985 and 1991 Gran Reserva Viña Tondonia. want to buy good bottles, but there have been oxidation problems so it's a dicey proposition to cellar them.
