Now in places like Europe and the United States, there are maximum levels set for residual copper in the wines, so there are some safeguards in place and I do not think that there is any concern yet as to the elevated use of copper in the vineyards of biodynamique or organic methods- at least in terms of potential health risks for wine lovers drinking these wines.
