Next to Texier was Domaine Franck Peillot from the Bugey region of France (a place I had never previously heard of). wine I really loved and found quite unique was the 2005 Domaine de Roally Vire'-Clesse' from the Macconnais, France. don't know. BROOKLYN GUY LOVES WINE | TUESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2008 Dinner with Peter Liem and Friends Peter brought this over from France, as it is not available yet in the US. The nose is so very delicate with lovely floral and mineral aromas, and beyond that a tightly coiled core of energy that demands many a quiet year in the cellar before it will reveal its true nature.
