VIGNA UVA VINO | TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2009 Chateau La Roche Segur 2005 Not overly sophisticated, but simple and straight forward - that's the way I'd describe this Bordeaux. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with deep ruby highlights and fresh aromas of currants and cherries. Flavors of black cherries, tar and smoky earth. Interesting when paired with a Brie or Manchego cheese. MORE >> -
